The Institute of Ismaili Studies (ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡) aims to ensure that all students can access a high-quality, stimulating learning environment. Quality Assurance and Enhancement under the Office of Academic and Student Affairs is responsible for:

  • Implementing consistent, institute-wide, quality assurance (QA) frameworks and policies with due reference to the national regulatory frameworks and established good practice
  • Overseeing the annual quality cycle, providing data returns, reports and performance indicators as required
  • Ensuring the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ is compliant with national requirements for quality and standards
  • Monitoring the quality of the student learning experience, ensuring it remains consistent with nationally recognised standards of excellence
  • Managing relationships with key external partners and agencies
  • Supporting all departments in the evaluation and enhancement of the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡â€™s educational programmes
  • Assessing and mitigating QA-related risks.

ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ has been registered with the (OfS) since 2019.

As a provider of higher education, ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ has a number of policies in place to protect students and ensure that it meets all regulations required by the OfS.
